Most Event Marketing Opportunities are limited to a single partner company and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you complete and submit your application and payment, the more likely you are to secure your ideal Event Marketing Opportunities.

The sponsorship package offers:

• 1 exhibitor pass with access to the World of Solutions on the day of your sponsorship.

Welcome Reception – SOLD

Join Cisco in welcoming all of the people attending Cisco Live! The Welcome Cocktail will take place on November 7th in the evening and will be held inside the World of Solutions. All of the attendees will be invited and the exhibition area will be open.

The sponsorship package offers:

• 2 exhibitor passes with access to the World of Solutions on the day of your sponsorship.
• 6 Banners (0.80 x 1.80m) with your company’s logo, inside the World of Solutions, shown during the activity.
• Entertainment during the reception.
• 1,000 paper napkins with your company’s logo next to the Cisco Live! logo.
• Promotional gifts – You can choose to produce a promotional gift to be handed out at the entrance to the Welcome Cocktail. Produced and distributed by the sponsor. The item must be previously approved by Cisco
• You may offer a welcome address to the participants.

The sponsor may use image elements such as company’s logo on swizzle sticks as well as handing out promotional material and/or organizing raffles. The costs involved in producing the different elements and materials will be covered by the sponsor. The items must be previously approved by Cisco.

Computer Equipment

We have made an initial estimate of the equipment required, which is shown below:

• 60 PCs or Laptops from reputable brands such as IBM, Dell or Sony. (Equipment placed in the Press Room, Testing Center, Registration Area and Cisco Campus)
• 12 networked PCs for Registration
• 8 laser printers

The Computer Equipment sponsor will have to provide the installation, configuration and on-site support for the same during the event.

The requirements for Licenses and Software needed, will be defined along with Cisco.

Internet Stations

As a primary means of communication in the Cisco Live! community, the Internet stations are a focal point of the event. The attendees will have access to information about the event, the agenda, check e-mails, etc. 10 Internet stations will be located at the entrance of the World of Solutions, should the sponsor wish to increase the number of stations, there will be an extra charge.

The sponsorship package offers:

• 10 computers with Internet access.
• Wallpaper with the sponsor’s image at each of the Internet stations. The sponsor must submit a proposal in JPG format for approval

We have set up an area called Cyber Lounge where customers can relax with free access to the internet in a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the Cyber Lounge is strategically selected to the benefit of this sponsorship, as it is in front of one of the entrances to the upper foor where it ensures the continued flow of people.

• A very comfortable area with sofas, tables and power outlets as well as Internet access.
